Andre Caplet closely collaborated with Debussy, his close friend, and is now better known for his orchestrations of Debussy's works than his own formidable library of compositions. Petite Valse is delicate yet challenging on so many levels, the least of which is ensuring flautist and pianist are complete in synch. Grade 7 level.
