Adam Gorb writes:
"In this selection of pieces for flute and piano I wanted to take the opportunity to rediscover some of the music that I first got to know as a child and made clumsy attempts to play, in my case either on the clarinet or the piano. I think that at that time I was quite an unprejudiced listener for a brief while; Bach, Bartok, and Boogie Woogie were all part of the same joyful process of musical discovery. I hope that with these arrangements I can share my youthful experience of all kinds of music with today's aspiring flautists".
